In 2014, it cooperated with chaogong group and set up a super capacitor R & D center in Shenzhen.

In July 2009, it moved to "Liaoning super capacitor industrial base" in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, and changed its name to Liaoning Baina Electric Co., Ltd.

Since September 2007, it has signed a contract with Maxwell company of the United States, becoming its authorized technology integrator in China.

In March 2006, Jinzhou Baina Electric Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of the former Jinzhou Fuchen company according to the market demand, specializing in the manufacture and application development of super capacitor energy storage module and energy storage device.
